comfy bed daily housekeeping on-site pools
The room featured a spacious layout with a comfy bed and effective air conditioning. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean and tidy. It was appreciated. i enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and the two on-site pools with crystal clear water.
the room location required navigating several flights of stairs because there was no elevator. this was a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage.

staff members provided quick and efficient service, responding promptly to requests. i received a welcome drink upon arrival. the complimentary 15-minute massage added a nice touch.

the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast delicious (the fresh fruit selection was great!). the location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants (everything was within walking distance).

excellent resort experience!
helpful staff birthday surprise late checkout afternoon tea
the staff was very helpful and thoughtful. they prepared some nice surprises for my husband's birthday. check-in time is 2pm and checkout time is 12pm. breakfast offered many choices and there was free afternoon tea! i will definitely consider staying here again.
the pool loungers need a proper cleaning. it is also a bit expensive if compared to other hotels nearby.

the hotel provides several activities. there are morning yoga classes and balinese dance lessons. guests can enjoy movie nights at the pavilion, and there is also a professional photography session with one complimentary photo offered.

I really liked this hotel. the location is great. It is very convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants. the hotel room was also very nice. It featured a balcony that provided a lovely jungle view. the two pools offered beautiful views.
the first room i was assigned was on the ground level and seemed a little dark.
